Yin + Yoga Nidra
This calming class begins with slow, passive Yin Yoga postures to open the body and calm the nervous system. You’ll then be guided into a deeply restful state through Yoga Nidra, a voice-led meditation done lying down. This practice supports deep rest, nervous system repair, and emotional regulation.
