Please print and fill out the consent form above. Programs  are subject to cancellation or modification due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to instructor availability, environmental conditions, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, registrants will be refunded accordingly.

Cartwheel Tots (age 3-4)

    Refund policy/Cancelation

    100% if requested 30 days prior to program start
    50% if requested between 30 and 7 days of program start
    0% if requested within 7 days of program start

    No make up classes will be offered
