Strength and Balance

This all-levels fitness class combines functional movements, including variations of squats, lunges, and planks, with balance training and subtle core work. Each class is designed to help participants increase strength, improve balance, and enhance mobility in a supportive, inclusive environment. Waiver required. Please find on registration page.
